I ordered these incredibly fluffy pancakes in Japan!

Looking for a place to drink some coffee and escape a rainy day in Osaka, we ended up in a pancake shop. I ordered some pancakes and I had never seen such fluffy and soft pancakes! It was almost as if they were pudding and they tasted great :)
