Moroccan pastilla with muhallabia and almonds. (Vegan & oil-free)

I made a small easy version of moroccan pastilla today ^^
Ingredients for one small pastilla;
- Filo pastry.
- 1 teaspoon corn starch.
- 50 ml unsweetend soymilk.
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water.
- Vanilla sugar.
- Almonds.
- Cinnamon.
My steps;
Once the muhallabia is done let it cool down for 5 minutes.
Then you add layers with filo pastry, almonds and muhallabia.
Throw some almonds on top with cinnamon and vanilla sugar and enjoy ^^
