Oat Pie...
Hello,
Today i cooked oat pie...
ingredients :
4 eggs (4 egg whites, 1 yolk)
5 soup spoons oats
1/2 teaspoon cacao
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 soup spoons raisins
1 soup spoon honey
We put all the ingredients (except the honey) in a bowl and we are mixing with a fork...
We preheat a non-stick pan for a few minutes in high temperature level and then we add our mix...
We set the kitchen's heat in medium temperature level and cover the pan...
After 5 minutes we begin the check the pie and we turn it to the other side when it's ready...
We are waiting for a few minutes for the other side to be ready and it's done! You can add 1 soup spoon honey if you want...
