Comida - Eating: Almagro Bar & Café

Hoy he comido, como es habitual, en uno de mis restaurantes favoritos de Madrid, Almagro. Alguna vez he hablado ya de él y hoy os quiero enseñar lo que he comido, porque para mí, es mi comida favorita.

Today I have eaten, as usual, in one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid, Almagro. I have already talked about him and today I want to show you what I have eaten, because for me, it is my favorite food.

Mi plato favorito es Bacalao a la Muselina de ajo, si no lo habéis probado, creo que es el momento y este restaurante es el sitio perfecto para comerlo. Lo he probado en muchos restaurantes y, claramente, aquí es donde más me ha gustado.

My favorite dish is Bacalao to muslin of garlic, if you have not tried it, I think it's time and this restaurant is the perfect place to eat it. I have tried it in many restaurants and, clearly, this is where I liked the most.

De primer plato tomé Gazpacho, una de mis comidas favoritas también, sobre todo en verano. Como buen andaluz, me encanta beber gazpacho, es una maravilla para el paladar. Y de postre, como ya sabéis lo que me leéis habitualmente, un café solo largo con hielo.

Of first course I took "Gazpacho", one of my favorite foods too, especially in summer. As a good Andalusian, I love to drink "gazpacho", it is a wonder for the palate. And for dessert, as you know what you usually read, a long single coffee with ice.
