A Taste of Russia

A beautiful platter I made using authentic Russian cuisine from "Russian Food", a store here in Gainesville. Owned and operated by my Russian mother-in-law. Just one more way to support a local business

Breakdown of this fantastic sampler:

Toasted rye bread with cavier cheese spread and topped with cured bacon, scallions, and sweet banana peppers. Served with marinated mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and the best pickles $ can buy.

Of course, served with a dry white wine, also available at the Russian Food store
