If you are interested in trying this dish, I will share a recipe dish : Stingray spicy sauce which is easy for you to try at home.

INGREDIENT

• Stingray
• Lime
• Salt

Ingredient are mashed

• Red chili
• Garlic
• Shallot
• Tomato
• Salt

HOW TO MAKE

• Cut stingrays and then rinse with water until clean
• Place into the basin, with salt and lemon juice and mix well so that the stench of fish lost
• Then, fried Stingray until cooked

• Puree ingredient

• Then saute ground spices until cooked

---

• After seasoning cooked, enter the Stingray that has been fried and stir until evenly with seasoning
• Finished and ready to be served.
