STINGRAY Spicy Sauce - Aceh : Ungkoet Parau Sambai
The stingray is one fish that demand by many people, because it has a delicacy and savory when eaten. Lots of stingrays's cuisine, one stingray smeared with chilli paste. Can you serve this dish to be a nutritious meal for your family.
If you are interested in trying this dish, I will share a recipe dish : Stingray spicy sauce which is easy for you to try at home.
INGREDIENT
- Stingray
- Lime
- Salt
Ingredient are mashed
- Red chili
- Garlic
- Shallot
- Tomato
- Salt
HOW TO MAKE
- Cut stingrays and then rinse with water until clean
- Place into the basin, with salt and lemon juice and mix well so that the stench of fish lost
- Then, fried Stingray until cooked
- Puree ingredient
- Then saute ground spices until cooked
- After seasoning cooked, enter the Stingray that has been fried and stir until evenly with seasoning
- Finished and ready to be served.
