Festive Rainbow Cake

A bright holiday cake Rainbow, will amaze any company! 6 different colored cakes, greased with oil cream.

For cakes

700 g butter, room temperature
700 g of sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla extract or sugar
9 eggs
700 g of flour
3.5 tsp baking powder
2 tsp. salt
120 ml of milk
food coloring, preferably red, yellow, orange, blue, green, purple

For cream

400 g butter, room temperature
800 g of powdered sugar
120 ml of milk

Turn on the oven at 170 C. Lubricate with oil and sprinkle with flour round shapes (20 cm in diameter or similar in size).

Dough: beat the softened butter, sugar and vanilla until light consistency. Add eggs, one at a time, whilst continuing to beat. Add the flour in small portions, stir.

Milk is divided into 6 bowls. Tinted with colorful food colors. Add a little dye, then a little more until you achieve the color of the desired intensity.

Dough to lay out in 6 bowls with milk. You can use kitchen scales to get equal portions. Stir, each time using a clean spoon, so that the color does not turn out to be "dirty".

Put the dough in prepared forms, straighten the top.

Furnace cakes in a preheated to 170 C oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the toothpick begins to come out clean from the center.

When the cakes are cooled, cut the top with a knife with a notch, so that the top is level and the cakes are of equal height.

Cream: beat the softened butter for 5 minutes, then add half of the powder, whisk. Then the second half of the powder, and milk. Should get a soft cream that is easy to smear. If the cream is thick, add a little more milk.

Bottom the shape or dish for the cake to grease with cream. Then spread the cakes and grease each cream. Order of the cake: purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red.

Lubricate the sides and top of the cake with cream. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour, so that the cream is slightly frozen.

Remove, decorate with the remnants of the cream, sprinkle with colored crumb from the scraps of the cake.
