Cake Trifle with Jelly Recipe

Our today's recipe is simple but delicious and quick to ready. For making this recipe you do not need a lot of budget and ingredients. To make cake trifle with jelly you require following ingredients.

Ingredients:

Milk ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 Cups
Sugar ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 4 Tbsp
Vanilla Custard Powder ----------------------------------------------------------- 3 Tbsp
Cardamom ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 Pieces
Orange Jelly --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Packet
Water ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 400 Ml
Plain Cake -------------------------------------------------------------------------- --- 6 Slices

Direction:

-In a pot,add milk, bring it to boil.
-Add cardamom. Dissolve Custard Powder in milk, add it to pot and mix well.
-Add sugar in it and bring it to boil, cook until it gets thick.

Jelly Making:

-In a separate pot add water, boil it for a minute.
-Add jelly packet in water and mix it.
-Cool it at room temperature or put it in refrigerator for 20 min.

Assembling

-Arrange cake slices in serving dish.

-Pour prepared custard on it.

-Place a layer of jelly over it again, pour some custard on it finally decorate with chunks of cake and jelly.
