material
500 grams of goat meat mixed offal
Col, rough chopped
Tomatoes, cut 4
5 pieces of whole red pepper
200 ml of coconut milk
1 galangal segment
2 bay leaves
1 stem of lemongrass
To taste sweet soy sauce

7 onions
4 garlic
5 red chili peppers
1 teaspoon cumin
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
½ nutmeg
3 candlenuts
1 teaspoon of pepper
Way
Cut small pieces of meat. Boil for 5 minutes with a big fire. Drain, pee. Set aside
Stir-fry the spices until smooth. Enter the goat meat and offal. Add whole chilies, bay leaves, lemongrass and galangal. Stir well, give water, sugar and salt. Cook until the meat is tender. Enter the coconut milk and sweet soy sauce. Cook again until the gravy (slightly thick)
Finally add cabbage and tomatoes, mix well. Turn off the fire, sprinkle the fried shallots. Serve
