Chicken breast in cheese coat
Ingredients:
Chicken breast — 1 PC.
Tomato — 1 PC.
Potatoes — 2-3 PCs.
Onion — 1 PC.
Cheese — 100 g
Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Chicken breast rinse under running water and dry on paper towels.
- Cut the breast in half lengthwise and slightly repel each slice on both sides. The slices should be not too thin – about 1 cm in thickness. Place Breasts in an ovenproof baking dish.
- Potatoes grate on fine grater and place it on the chicken Breasts evenly.
