Ingredients:

Chicken breast — 1 PC.
Tomato — 1 PC.
Potatoes — 2-3 PCs.
Onion — 1 PC.
Cheese — 100 g
Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Chicken breast rinse under running water and dry on paper towels.
  2. Cut the breast in half lengthwise and slightly repel each slice on both sides. The slices should be not too thin – about 1 cm in thickness. Place Breasts in an ovenproof baking dish.
  3. Potatoes grate on fine grater and place it on the chicken Breasts evenly.
  4. Tomato cut into thin rings and place on top of potatoes.
