I bake these vatrushki (ватрушки) often, and today is this day! Vatrushki are made with yeast sweet dough which, of course, I make from scratch, and they are stuffed with homemade farmers cheese, which likewise I make myself from milk. I forgot to make a post of preparing farmers cheese. The vatrushki turned out very fragrant, soft and delicious - so good to have with hot tea! Love it! Love my own cooking and baking!
