Bopis - Filipino Delicacy

Bopis is a spicy Filipino dish usually made of pig’s lungs and heart but it can be cooked also by using beef meat.

Last Friday, my husband’s cousin cooked bopis as it was requested by her boyfriend who stayed at our house for the weekend. I can say I am a dinuguan lover and bopis is not the kind of dish I would crave for. Haha!
