DTube - How To Remove Young Coconut Husks In Cambodia - Live!
Here is a friend of mine de-husking a bunch of fresh coconuts whilst sitting under a mango tree. I have tried to upload this video to DTube before but not had any luck. I am glad to finally be uploading it mixed with some asian sounds.
My friend is removing the tough outer husk of the young coconut to get at the inner core of the coconut within. This makes them much smaller and easier to transport. As you can see he has done many of the before and there are several examples of pre-husked coconut already around him.
His sure hand makes the process quick and simple - it is always a pleasure to watch.
