BBQ Boiled Chicken Breast (photo and recipe)

This is a cheap quick meal or it can take a while to cook.
Using a frying pan or in this case I used an egg pan.

First single chicken breast or amount needed to feed others.
Add 1 cup water and star warming bringing to boil.
lower heat once at boil.
Season chicken breast with garlic (powder or chopped) as desired.
Cover with bbq sauce lightly let simmer till partly cooked then flip.
Cover again with BBQ sauce lightly.
Let simmer till BBQ sauce thickens.

Remove and serve.

This is a cheap recipe becuase you can do this with $1 BBQ sauce and still have most of a bottle of sauce left. The chicken breast is normally under $2 per pound and often cheaper when purchased in bulk. The seasoning can vary in cost but not nessasary but I get bottles of garlic powder for under $1 regularly.
