A Jeezzle Review: C2O coconut water. Ginger, Lime and Turmeric.
A couple of months ago I made a post about coconut water asking if anyone drank it anymore.
I mentioned in that post that coconut water used to seem to be a big drink of choice and now not many people were drinking it as often.
There were a few different reasons such as some of the newer coconut waters on the market being extremely expensive and also the fact that they health benefits may not have been as high as people once believed.
In my opinion, coconut water just isn't in vogue like the way it used to be.
However I saw this C2O coconut water at my local Sprouts Market and I had to pick it up.
Ginger, Lime, and Turmeric flavored coconut water?
Now that sounds like an odd combination although I would like any of these things if they weren't mixed together.
I bought a bottle and decided to give it a try.
I generally like the C2O brand of coconut water because it's got a really nice flavor to it.
I liked this version as well but there was one thing that really struck me as odd about it.
The flavor is pretty much all turmeric.
So you get coconut flavor with the coconut water with a strong turmeric essence and then a very slight lime and maybe some ginger although I couldn't even tell if there was any in there.
It's a good flavor and it's definitely an interesting version of coconut water.
This one was on sale for $1.50 and at that price it is definitely a good deal.
I have to say I really like this flavor even though it's not what I thought it would be.

I still drink it occasionally. I drink VitaCoco. I've never had any of the flavored ones though. Just straight coconut water.
