Hot smoked trout salad
Hot smoked trout - 500 grams
Boiled rice - 150 grams (this is 50 grams of dry rice)
Onion - 2 pieces
Cucumber fresh or pickled - 2-3 pieces of medium size
Paprika dry - 1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise - to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Boiled chicken eggs - 2 - 3 pieces
Dill and green onions for decoration.
1 layer - Boiled rice.
2 layer - Smoked trout cut into small pieces.
3 layer - finely chopped fresh or pickled cucumber
4 layer - Dried paprika (a mixture of sweet peppers).
5 layer - finely chopped onions
6 layer - mayonnaise dislodge with ground black pepper
7 layer - finely chopped eggs
8 layer - finely chopped dill and green onions.
Dried paprika (a mixture of sweet peppers) is used to pick up excess moisture from cucumbers.
