How to make Rosogulla Indian famous sweet.

  1. Boil milk at low flam.

  2. Add vinager in it and keep stirring to avoid burning.

  3. After milk get fully curded. Take cotton cloth and drain the curded milk under the running water and wash the chees well.

  4. Squeeze all the water from it and knead it for 10-12 minutes until it get soft and smooth dough. Rasagulla6-300x87.jpg
  5. Now make a small ball of it.
  6. Take a pressure cooker and add some water and suger in it. Now, boilling it, add cardamom powder and mix well.

  7. Add the cheese ball in the syrup. Now cook it for two whistle after that off the stove.

    Now your your yummy Rasagulla is ready to serve...
    plate it and garnish it with nut pieces....
