Making Meals With Illuminatus (How To Make Obe Ata Iru)
Nigeria is made up of several tribes, each of which has its own ethnic meals. One of this meals is the Ofada rice. This is a variety of rice which is grown in the south-western part of Nigeria. Ofada rice is more expensive than the more common rice varieties and can be served as a classy dish at parties.
Ofada rice can be served with beans or plantain, along with a special sauce which is known as "Obe Ata Iru" in Yoruba language. Today, I will be talking about how to prepare "Obe Ata Iru".
