[ITA-ENG] Patate al forno con pomodori - Baked potatoes with tomatoes
Ciao a tutti quanti! qualche giorno fa ho avuto modo di cucinare un contorno facilissimo da preparare, sono le "patate al forno con pomodori".
E' la prima volta che le realizzo e devo dire che sono molto gustose, sono una variante delle più classiche patate al forno, è una portata più saporita grazie all'aggiunta della cipolla e degli altri ingredienti che danno un tocco in più.
Non rimane altro che prepararle!

It's the first time that I make them and I must say that they are very tasty, they are a variant of the most classic baked potatoes, it's tastier thanks to the addition of onion and other ingredients that give more flavour.

Potatoes 1 kg
Tomatoes 250 gr
Onion 1
Garlic 1 clove
Basil 1 sprig
Oregano to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

:PREPARAZIONE:
1... Cominciamo pelando le patate e tagliarle a quadretti e continuiamo a tagliare anche i pomodori, la cipolla e l'aglio.

2... Prendiamo una pirofila e versiamoci all'interno tutti gli ingredienti. Per terminare irroriamo con olio evo se si gradisce e mescoliamo tutto per bene.
Infornare per 40 min circa a 200 °C.
