Noodles recipe
Ingredients
A packet - hook noodles
2 teaspoons - finely chopped onion (optional) 2 teaspoons - finely chopped garlic 1 - Carrot, medium (chopped in length) 1/2 - Capsicum Medium size (cut in length) 1/2 cup - Cut cabbage length 3 tablespoons - Sprung onion (both finely chopped green and white part) 1/2 teaspoon - vinegar 1/2 teaspoon - soy sauce 1 teaspoon - green chilli sauce 1.5 teaspoon - black pepper 1.5 teaspoons + 1/4 teaspoon - olive Oil
How to Make Chinese Noodles in Hindi
Cut all the vegetables and prepare it, add enough water to the Noodles and boil it by adding 1/4 teaspoon oil until the noodles become soft. Remove the starch by removing the water and keep it aside. Put the oil in a pan and put lehouson, onions and spring onions. Put roasted carrots, capsicum and cauliflower, roast it on a high flame until it becomes soft. Now let it roast in a low flame. Now put soya sauce in it and roast it in the pan. Repeat the chilli and put vinegar, salt and chilli in it and add the boiled noodles to it in the end and stir well, serve it with tomato sauce and coriander sauce.
