Amazingly Delicious And Spicy "Eggs Fritter" Recipe! (100% Original)
Hello Steemians,
Today, i am going to share with steemians an original "Boiled Eggs Fritter" Recipe.
Ingredients:
3 cup gram flour
1 tsp salt
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
A pinch of baking soda
1 full bunch of coriander finely chopped
2 cups water
6 eggs
Oil 4 tbsp
1tsp black pepper
Method:
Mix gram flour, salt, turmeric, soda, coriander, water and make a fine thick paste, let it rest for an hour.(always beat the gram flour with a whisker, so that no lumps can form)
Until then boil 6 eggs and once boiled, remove the shell and keep the eggs aside.
Dip the boiled eggs in the gram flour batter, such that the egg is coated evenly and with the help of a spoon drop the eggs in the hot oil.
Fry on low medium flame for at 2-3 minutes, till its cooked evenly from all sides and turns into light golden color.
Slice the eggs fritter into half and sprinkle pinch of black pepper on top, serve hot with ketchup.
