Dinner - After and Before - Big Island of Hawaii

We caught two fish yesterday. A Wahanui and a Surgeonfish. We prepared the fish as follows:

• We made sashimi an Nigiri sushi with the Wahanui
• We fried the Wahanui skin crispy
• We fried the Surgeonfish into fish chips.
• We fried the Wahanui bones

We ate this with hot rice, some fried chicken, and some steamed vegetables. It was a delicious meal
