Ingredients
3 eggs beaten slightly
3 tablespoons milk
1 ½ cups Italian breadcrumps seasoned
½ cup grated cheese (Parmesan cheese)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dried parsley
Garlic
How to prepare:
Heat oven to 325 degree F
Beat milk and eggs in a small bowl
Get another bowl and mix breadcrumps, parsley and parmesan cheese
Medium heat olive oil in an oven proof skillet; stir in garlic and cook till light brown (remove and discard garlic)
Dip each pork chop into the egg/milk mixture and then to breadcrump mixture to coat evenly
Place coated pork chops in the skillet for both sides to brown for 5 minutes
Place the skillet containing pork chops in the pre-heated oven and cook for 25 minutes
