Turkish Fest Vibes and a Salad Recipe
I don't know about you, but I'm big fan of Turkish cuisine with its flavors, veggie, delicious meat, baklava, doner kebab.
Oh my God, it will be very difficult to write this post, thinking about all the Turkish goodies.
Today, I went to a fest where you can eat all these yummy dishes and it was terrific. My taste buds are still satisfied! and if they are happy, I am happy too :)
Me, unpatient and hungry to eat away this gozleme, a kind of pie with savoury filling.
But the recipe I want to share with you is Ezme, a spicy salad.
You will need: fresh tomatoes, one red onion, one cucumber, one red pepper, scallions, sumac, olive oil, lemon juice pomegranate molasses, chilly flakes, salt and pepper. I added also some parsley, it's too good not to be used :)
Chop all the veggies as finely as you can. Unfortunately, I don't have that special knife the Turkish chefs use.

Add the lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, olive oil and the spices.
Mix well.
It's important to leave it to cool for at least 30 minutes.
