Raw Chocolate with flowers
Hope you had an amazing weekend!
Yesterday, I had the usual brunch at my bakery and the theme was flowers. It’s spring and I wanted to add some flowers into my sweets!
Great idea, right?
This chocolate is dairy free, sugar free and healthy. Creamy and fudgy!
Ingredients
100 ml hot water
200g cocoa
200g cocoa butter (you can use coconut oil)
70-100g honey or maple syrup
Mix together using a fork until it becomes a paste.
Pour into a form and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.
These were the flowers I used.
That’s it! You have a delicious dessert for your Sunday night.
