Get ready for the holiday season with salad!

It's that time of the year before the holiday season when I want to eat so many salads and veggies, that by the time of Christmas I won't feel guilty eating all the sweets in the world.
So, I'm taking this seriously and I try have everyday a salad as a main dish.
This recipe is super delicious and well balanced.
Ingredients:
Sweet potato baked with paprika and nutmeg
Quinoa boiled
1 avocado
pomegranate
green salad
salt and pepper
olive oil
and balsamic vinegar for a last touch
- Bake the sweet potato for 30 minutes or until it gets softened.
- Boil the quinoa.
- When these are ready and warm, mix the ingredients.
