Since my self quarantine goals are to do something i never did before.
I listed a lot of things that i want to do.
And cooking is one of them.
Though, i wont be cooking something difficult for sometimes.
I never cook because i have a traumatic experience with boiled oil that burnt my hands.
This is bakwan or vegetable fritters.
And, this is how i make them:
I put them together
Slice Kailan, i love Kailan.
Put Kailan and Leek on the bowl with Carrot and Potato
Blend the chili and onions with water in a blender.
Put them in a bowl.
Put Bakwan Crispy Flour.
The one that i use from brand Sajiku.
Put Wheat Flour.
The one that i use from Brand Bogasari Segitiga Biru.
For the flours i put them just randomly.
Put coriander powder randomly.
The one that i use from brand Desaku.
Put pepper powder randomly, but i use a lit because i like spicy food.
Mix them all.
I enjoy them with this juice mixed of Kailan + Tempe + Tomato + kurma.
