Summer Salad Supper
We both really enjoy eggs so we have at least one egg supper a week. In summer they are in a salad. Tonight was one such. Semi-hard eggs with a basil aoili, on a green salad with a dill sprinkle. Served with a side of French-dressed beetroot salad.
