🥘 Homemade Lunch 🥘

I will have our lunch together with my family. Big bowl of salad, potato wedges, tartar sauce, Thai soup, fry fish, apple was in our menu. It always good to have our meal together. I always try to do so but you know we are lock in time machine! Thank you for keep eyes in my blog, Really sorry guys i can't upvote everyone due to steem power gone down. Big Bowl of Salad

In salad how many color vegetable you can add that much better, We use latus, tomato, cucumber salt vinegar olive oil and lemon.

Tartar Sauce

Home made tarter sauce, we add some lemon juice, garlic power in mayonnaise as much need until i get the taste.

Thai Soup

Boil water in a pot, while water was boiling same time In Thai power mixed in cold water in other put mix cornflower in clod water. Cornflower and Thai power mix in the boil water keep moving I also added chicken, prawns and fresh Thai Pandan Leaf.

Fry Fish

We added fish power, salt and pepper then keep some time when oil boil just fry them.

**Potato Wedges **

Potato wedges is long history lately from Zaytun restaurant i know about it from one potato you can make six pies.Keep them about 30 min in cold water. Boil with pepper and salt when boiled and make them dry I mean water free. Make Oil very very hot boiled potato mix egg don't need to fry too much just make them brown color.

Apple

We need to take some fruit everyday. Seasonal fruits is better for everyone. We usually take apple, orange, banana, Mango some times grapes as well.
