1 yoghurt
1 jar of mango compote.

1 / In a bowl put the oatmeal and cover with water up to their height, mix.
2 / Microwave 1 min.
3 / Add the yoghurt and mix well.
4 / Overlay layers of porridge and compote.
5 / For gourmands we add a square of dark chocolate, here with flaked almonds.
