这是我第二次做麻花,以前也做过,做麻花最重要的步骤是油的温度和 炸麻花的时间
需要用到的食材:
面粉, 牛奶,鸡蛋,色拉油,糖,盐,酵母粉

  1. 鸡蛋,牛奶、色拉油和面粉混合,做成光滑的面团即可 (喜欢甜的,加糖,如果你喜欢咸味,请加盐)
  2. 揉面后发酵,将发酵好的面团取出, 擀成饼状
  3. 将面饼切成数个长条
  4. 将细长的面条折叠
  5. 将所有的麻花做好后放入托盘中,将油锅烧热,倒入300ML食用油
  6. 放入麻花,麻花放进去沉底,随着油温的加热浮起到油面
  7. 等到麻花每一面都炸到微黄色捞出 (这一步很重要,不要相信自己的眼,不能太黄,否则就炸焦了)
