ooh bitter gourd! Im glad you added this to our collective! i have ALWAYS steered clear of bitter gourd ( i live in india).. but this salad looks like a way to balance it and make it look very tasty!.

    I totally get it, when some body just don't go for this bitter taste, but combined with the right flavors, it is really delicious!
