Dietary casserole with poppy seeds and apples
Dietary cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds and apples is easy to prepare and can be stored. Poppy gives dishes a mild nutty flavor.
INGREDIENTS:
- cottage cheese 100 g
- apples 1 piece
- eggs 1 piece
- honey 1-2 tablespoons
- poppy 1 tbsp.
COOKING:
Beat cottage cheese with raw egg, add honey, grated apple, poppy. Put the masses in baking tins, cook in a double boiler for 20-25 minutes. This dish can be cooked in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees, it will take 15 - 20 minutes.
