When I started in the world of pastry I did it for hobbie, because I wanted to learn to make cakes. What I did not know at that time is that pastry would become my whole life. With the passage of time I wanted to learn more and doing things that seemed very difficult.

The first time I made fondant was a disaster, but little by little I was mastering this dough better and the cakes were really beautiful.

I know that I still have a lot to learn, but I am so proud of what I have achieved. All these cakes I made without taking classes or anything just with my conviction to make them. I know that in the future I will be able to make many more beautiful cakes and that makes me so happy. Pastry has become so fundamental. My life, I could not imagine my life without this important part ... Today I am so happy to have followed my dreams.
