Chou Chou Cafe Playa Del Carmen, Mexico My Favourite Breakfast Place
Chou Chou Cafe is an amazing family & friends owned restaurant with excellent energy and superb food. They make fresh bread and baked goods daily. They have awesome freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed juices. The croissants, quiche and desserts are to die for. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. My favourite is the breakfast special which comes with freshly squeezed OJ, Cafe Americano, eggs (Your choice), mini baked potatoes, black beans and a super fresh croissant. Cost around 140 pesos, $7.50 U.S. They have a lot of dream catchers, cool artwork and the vibe is hip. They also do live open mic music every week and sometimes hold different classes and teachings. They are also very environmentally friendly and have a recycling station at the restaurant for Playa residents. One of my favourite spots to hang for breakie or lunch. Located Av. 20 Con Calle 24 Norte.
