Ulog #80: Barbecue Mutton Ribs Burger

This burger has got to be one of my greatest creations ever, or so according to the people who have eaten it say so.

I always put in effort and time, getting inspiration from food I've eaten or cooking I've seen, to conceptualize and figure out what goes with what on a burger.

It also takes time to test it out then figure out how the working flow is gonna be on the food truck because on a food truck you're limited by the space and you've got to think of all the possible outcomes that could happen as well as how to fix them.

I love all of this though but really salute to all those doing this work on a daily basis.

Anyways, back to the burger...!!!

I use mutton ribs along the loin of the a pretty popular protein here in Malaysia, the goat.

Mutton is much less fatty and healthier in that sense than lamb and because it has lesser fat, the fat that they do have is extremely flavorful.

I prefer it to lamb as the flavor is unique on it's own though similar to lamb.

This burger here is paired with our signature premium barbecue aioli that's sweet, smokey and tanggy and served with a slice of melted good-ol' Amercian Cheese.

In this picture, I'm also pairing it with a wholemeal bun sprikled with some black and white sesame. The bun is fluffy and firm enough to hold up all the wonderful sauce and fatty flavors of the mutton ribs.

This is only served today and tomorrow. So if you're around town with nothing better to do, come celebrate Christmas and the new year with us at 'Burger Giler Power'

Too bad I missed the boat due to family affairs.
I bet it was extremely yummy
I favoured lamb over mutton I guess because if its unique aroma and I suppose because it's less fat that's why I sm not good at cooking it.
But of course, through your skilled hands sm sure that's a different story.
