Ulog #76: Christmas Fest at my Food Truck
So I'm planning to organize a Christmas party at one of my food trucks which we're finalizing the menu this weekend before inviting our friends, family and fans.
Me and brother went looking for ingredients and meat selecting on Friday. We were choosing what part we'd wanna work with and what was in stock at the local butcher.
Looks like we'll be using some ribs for Christmas and possibly a turkey or two. But the one that's confirmed is definitely the ribs.
If this doesn't get you excited I dunno what will. I'm sure meat lovers are salivating just looking at this hunk of meat. It's a double chop mutton rib that's pretty inexpensive compared to other meat counterparts like beef and lamb.
Mutton not only is cheaper but is healthier than beef and lamb too. It's less fatty and whatever fat that it does have on, the flavor is impeccable.
Mutton is one of my favorite proteins and I'm so excited to be cooking this wonderful cut of meat and serve it to everyone.
What an exciting Christmas coming up. Celebrate this year no matter the ups and downs. Growth is always the outcome of every year whether we realize it or not. God is good! Merry Christmas everyone!
