Beef stew in the slow cooker

On my todd tonight, just threw everything in the slow cooker for 5 hours and viola, a delicious dinner for one washed down with a nice beer called Dryneck. Rice was done in a rice cooker.

Beef
Potato
Carrot
Onion
Red Cabbage
Chilli
Bit of Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Worcester Sauce
