Hola a todos, como siempre digo, el de elaborar una comida para compartir, depende siempre de la iniciativa de cada, es por eso al reunirnos toda la familia lo mas rápido y cómodo de cocinar es, nada mejor que un exquisito asado, el cual se cocina a fuego muy lento, de esa manera sale bien cocinado y super jugoso, pero también depende del fuego o sea de las brasas que dejamos una ves que encendemos el fuego para dicho asado, porque después de eso colocamos la parrilla, la dejamos que se caliente la limpiamos y colocamos la carne, que en este caso en molleja, morcilla, chorizo casero, chinchulín , picaña y costillita de ternera, una ves que se cocine de un lado lo damos vuelta y esperamos que se cocine bien, cuando llega a un color amarronado es porque dicha carne ya esta lista para degustar.

De esa manera comenzamos a degustar dicho asado entre toda la familia, pasando así un día muy agradable.
