Ravioli and lettuce salad / Ensalada de raviolis y lechuga

Ingredients

Ravioli
Lettuce mixture
Pumpkin cut into julienne

Preparation

Preparacion

saltear la pechuga hasta que quede doradita en su por fuera y cocida y jugosa en su interior

triturar las nueces y preparar la vinagreta mezclando el aceite de oliva y el vinagre balsamico

montaje

En un bol mezclar las lechugas (morada, americana y rizada), luego la pechuga de pollo a la plancha cortada en tiritas, ponerle las nueces trituradas, los trocitos de tocineta , las tiritas de ahuyama salteadas en miel y al final los raviolis fritos
