Multigrain chocolate chips cookies (vegan)
Grains contain is a major part of our food, there are various types of grains available to eat, but generally at a time we eat one or two types and do not change our food habits.
Eating selected types of grains may cause some nutrients deficiency as all grain does not contain all nutrients and micronutrients.
Best way to eat different grains at the same time is to consume multigrain bread or multigrain cookies. There can be various combinations of grains to make it.
I prepared cookies with four types of grain which is gluten free and dairy free too.
Ingredients required to make multigrain cookies in my ways are-
Oats - 1 cup
Flattened rice - 1 cup
Jowar(sorghum) flour - 1/2 cup
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Plant based milk - 2 tbsp.
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips - 2tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
Cookies before baking.
Ready to eat cookies.
