Thanks for posting this recipe. I remember eating this kind of bread in Morocco. Before I went to Morocco I thought that Moroccans ate couscous with every meal! Then I arrived and was treated to some of the best breads I have ever eaten! I think my favorite bread from Morocco is Baghrir, all slathered with butter and honey! Do you consider Baghrir bread or crepe or pancake?
