We've heard and read so much about this topic. So I'm not going to bore you with things you already know.

I try my best to eat healthy. As much as I can, I eat vegetables or fruits and stay away from fast food.

But this past week has been crazy. Temptation was everywhere. So I just had to accept that I cannot say no to these evils.

I'm just glad that these evils are so photogenic that they are worth posting here so they can serve as a reminder for me to eat healthier this week.

Evil No. 1: Donuts. I don't usually like to eat donuts because its too sweet for my taste. But if it's offered for free, I can usually eat two. It was Employee Appreciation Day at work so they decided employees should start acquiring Diabetes.

Evil No. 2: Frappe. I'm a coffee lover so this one is my favorite evil. This evil made me so happy that I forgot all about Diabetes. This was also offered during the Employee Appreciation Day.

Evil No. 3: Ice Cream. When you're out with friends and they offer to buy you ice cream you just don't say no. You smile your sweetest smile and say Thank You!!!!

Evil No. 4: Isaw. This is basically grilled chicken intestines, it's bad for you because its carcinogenic and no one can say for sure that it's 100% clean. But as weird as this may sound to others, it's 100% delicious.

This is how I ate last week so I have to eat better this week. I hope you liked how my unhealthy food diary photos looked like. Because I was surprised that they look so good in these photos but I'm not happy about how I feel right now. I just feel so unhealthy and weak. Maybe it's psychological or maybe not.

I started eating healthy again today. So I was thinking maybe I should also share my healthy food diary next week. :)

Love this post. You had me laughing with the whole work and diabetes thing. It's great that you make such an effort to eat healthy. Would love to see your healthy diary as well.

Oh and I do not believe what you are feeling is psychological, if you know your body and eat well on a consistent basis, you will know the signs your body tells you when you eat horrible very fattening or sugary foods. It just so happens that alot of people ignore those signs and do not listen to the queues you are getting from yours, instead they chalk it up to normal.

I love this post and I feel like today I was meant to read it, I have some not so great things I have been having lately and I decided last night I need to cut them out, to thanks :)

Oh and for the sake of answering your question you posed above..my go to bad foods are either crunchy chips or a cheat day meal if I was on a good run with my food would be a homemade poutine. Horrible fattening foods, but delicious.

I had to google poutine and the pictures made me want to try it too. what have you done @topkpop? lol

Ha yes it does look and taste amazing, unfortauntely that is the bad thing about it because now you want it...but oh so good. Haha well you may have to just once one day 😀

it is! i also had that last week but wasn't able to take a picture. beer is also one of my favorite evil.

Love the new logo! That's awesome. As for sweets and junk food...my vise is jerky. Healthier than a bag of M&M's, but still lotta crap in it less I make it myself.

I'm glad you liked it @enginewitty. I also love jerky! But I don't know how to make it so I have to ask friends to buy it for me.
