Kangkung for Delicious Vegeteble
Kangkung is widely available in Asia and is a plant that can be found almost everywhere, especially in watery areas.
This plant has a hollow rod that creeps with intermittent leaves and stems upright at the base of the leaf. This plant is pale green and produces white colored flowers, which produce a bag containing four seeds of seed.
Almost all young plants can be eaten. Due to rough old rough kangkung, young shoots are more popular. It can be eaten raw or cooked like spinach.
