The process of making meatballs, typical of traditional Sundanese meatballs
Hallo my steemians friend today on this sunny morning wants to share his experience about making traditional Sundanese noodle meatballs. Early in the morning my wife and I tried to make a small meatball which is typical Sundanese wife said me.
I will start from fresh beef in small pieces then washed with clean water then I bring the traditional market to the mill until smooth.
There are also other additions that include:
- Onion
- Wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- Ice cubes for soft
- Beef
all that is stirred and then put together newly ground traditional market.
Actually in the milled own sirumah using a blender that makes smoothing cooking at home. But even better with a grinding machine that is already available in the traditional market. Besides, it's easy to pay only half a dollar. Then my wife and I bring home to process the beef that has been in the milled.

The third process makes small meatballs.
The fourth process makes the meatballs small.
Then this little meatball boiled with enough water.
This is the result of small meatballs ready to eat. For those of you who want to try it is a very easy way to make it. Good luck
