Baked Vegetables with Olive Oil: For Those of You Who Have No Ideas for Cooking Practical Foods When Hunger

If we are starving and want to cook something practical but not packaged food, then baked vegetables with a mixture of olive oil is the best idea of my version.

This baking technique with vegetables is very helpful and we can also do it with the baking technique using a rice cooker if you don't have an oven.

We can store types of vegetables that last a long time at room temperatures such as potatoes, eggplants, and carrots. Do not forget to always check your olive oil supply because this will be very helpful for the taste of food even with simple ingredients.

So this time I will share recipes for foods that I often make when I go hungry at midnight. Forgive my photos which are really low quality because I made this food at midnight.

Ingredients

• Eggplant
• egg
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Chili Powder (optional)

How to make

• Clean eggplant then cut into pieces.

• Insert eggplant pieces into the baking tray.

• Add salt, and chili powder.
• Then bake until half cooked.
• Add the beaten eggs when the eggplants are half cooked.
• Cook again until all components look cooked.
• Serve and enjoy while warm.

It doesn't matter if you skip eggs in this food. I also often skip eggs when there are no eggs available.

I really like the taste of baked vegetables like this. Olive oil makes vegetables juicier, smells good, and is more tasteful.
