DULCE DE PIÑA CON COCO!
Hola gente de steemit ¿cómo están? aquí con un post después de mucho tiempo, en esta ocasión les traigo una receta que hice el otro día de un dulce de Piña con Coco 🍴, así que ve a tu cocina, busca tus utensilios y a cocinar...
1-. INGREDIENTES:
| Ingredientes | Porciones |
|---|---|
| Piña | 1 Piña pequeña |
| Coco | 1 Coco pequeño |
| Canela | 1 Trozo |
| Azúcar | 1 taza |
| Panela | 1 taza |
| Agua | 2 tazas |
2-. PREPARACIÓN
Para comenzar con la receta de este postre tendremos que comenzar a cocinar en una olla el coco rayado, la piña picada en cubitos pequeños y las 2 tazas de agua, a fuego alto.
Mientras se cocina vamos a rayar 1 taza de panela y se la incorporamos a la olla la panela, se utiliza para darle color y dulzor a nuestro postre.
Luego se procederá a machucar nuestra canela en trozos pequeños y agregar una taza de azúcar, esto será para darle sabor y dulzura.
Luego se dejará hasta que quede con una textura como una miel (espesa) y con un color marrón intenso como el de la imagen.
Y ya lo único que queda es disfrutar de este grandioso y delicioso postre, así que te invito a que te animes a prepararlo y que deleites a toda tu familia...
