Like any married man, after some time at the crazy pace of today's life
You find yourself with a little belly sticking out of the shirt that once came to you very well.
Suddenly tight jeans do not look so good on you and you prefer to wear broad and "comfortable".

So I talked to my sister, she has a special kind of nutrition.
She told me the following and I lost weight already 5 pounds without trying almost.

  1. In the morning drink 1-1.5 liters of water, for the day to drink another liter at least. (I will not elaborate)
  2. Put myself a box of snakes, dates and nuts.
  3. Eat only at home except for once a week outside.
  4. And most importantly I DON'T eat processed things!

What does that mean? Recognize that every dish has a lot of ingredients like E600, E431, E ### So my sister claims that it's like glue to the digestive system, the digestive system can not get along with these things and it disrupts the whole process.

Eat whole grains!
whole rice!
Tomato paste from 100 percent tomatoes.
Cold pressed olive oil
Anything that has not been put into chemicals or undergone excessive processing!
The change that you feel in your body is amazing, and it is amazing how the desire for sweets is relatively easy.
And if something sweet comes to you, there are many natural things (and sometimes you can sin and take something processed)

I always knew that it was not healthy, I did not know it was fattening :)

Since the wedding(like 3 years ago) I have gained 12 KG and now I have gone back 5 KG.

The goal is to drop another 7, wish me luck!

Thank you for the advice it is very helpful.
But it is really hard now to get away on processsed food.
Well i am just try now low carbo intake and less sugar in my food.
Eating oats i think helps.
Been thinking of doing again master cleans but it will take for me a lot of determination again.

That's exactly what I try to explain to people when they ask me why I don't eat what they eat!
It's exactly the truth - many products are just glur for our nutrition and just a heat for our immune system.

That is so sad where this world is going. Everything now has to be fast. Even food.

My grandfather always teachesโ€‹ me to never save money on food, because is the most important thing to eat good.

Often green apples, turmeric, pepper mint.
Never stay hungry for long. Make a snack.
For linden-mate tea about 10 minutes before meals.
At snack times, eat foods such as oatmeal cookies, muesli and oatmeal.
Avoid white floury, sugary foods that quickly raise blood sugar.
Chew your locusts for a long time. Do not grow up smoothly.
The pectin in the apple skin can help to provide a feeling of satiety. At snack times, eat a handful of unsalted chickpeas with a crusted green apple.
Lentils, chickpeas, cowpea, kidney beans, boiled chicken meat, fish boiling, lean grilled meatballs, egg whites omelette, turkey skewers keeps for long time.

I agree with you, @kouba01. Once you get over your sugar addiction (includes starches) it's the easiest and best diet to follow. It's more than a diet, in fact. It's a change of lifestyle for the better. Even my neighbor here noticed I'd lost weight and complimented me on it.

Our digestive system has to work so hard these days... all the rubbish in today's foods, not to mention the massive variety of junk food. Sad that people create companies like McDonalds purely for profit with full knowledge that they are killing people every day. Yes, it is ultimately up to you to eat it or not. But they certainly persuade people to do it (bordering on manipulation imo).
