Man nehme....eine große Süsskartoffel...
Take ... a big sweet potato ...
...zwei Spitzpaprika...
... two pointed peppers ...
...eine normale Paprika....
... a normal pepper ....
...eine große Tomate...
...a big tomato...
...drei Zwiebeln....
... three onions ....
...Knoblauch nach Belieben...
... garlic as much as you like ...
...Eine Stange Lauch und ein paar Jungzwiebeln...
...A stick of leek and a few young onions...
Alles in Walnussöl anbraten bis es zart ist.
Die Süsskartoffel kann auch vorher gekocht werden und dann zum Rest des Gemüses geben.
Etwas Himalaya Salz, Pfeffer und Curry noch ran
Fry everything in walnut oil until tender.
