I want to introduce the famous Korean food “Galbi-jjim” in Korean.
You can call it 'Braised Short Ribs' also...^^

Galbi-jjim is very delicious food and popular with both Koreans and foreigners....^^
Beef short ribs, trimmed of fat, seasoned in sweet soy sauce, and braised until tender with carrots, chestnuts, ginko nuts, and other vegetables.
